Sugar Goat is a branding project I originally created in college and have continued to develop. I started the idea for the brand in 2018, and I continue to use this concept to develop my skills.
The idea behind Sugar Goat is a specialty bakery that focuses on goat milk products. Compared to cow milk, goat milk has less lactose and a mild sweet taste. Goat milk can create other products like butter, cream, cheese, and yogurt. However, it is not often used for recipes because it is not as commonplace as cow milk. Sugar Goat aims to introduce this market by using a fun, friendly style to entice the public to try a different dairy.
